Zesco United’s dominance on Kabwe warriors has continued after the reigning champions booted the division one side out of the Copa Barclays quarter-finals to sail through to the semi-finals.
Mwape Mwelwa opened the score line after tapping in a volley after keeper Lawrence Mulenga left the position.
Jackson Mwanza scored the second in the 17th minute.
Kabwe Warriors had a number of opportunities denied by Jacob Banda.
Zesco joins Green Buffaloes, Nkwazi and Zanaco in the Semi-Finals of the Barclays cup which will be played at a later date.
